Welcome to the website of CAQS Quantity Surveyors. A quantity surveying enterprise headed up by Giel Cillié and Guillaume Cillié. They are quantity surveying professionals. CAQS has extensive experience in the contractual guidelines of the JBCC and other forms of construction contracts, like FIDIC, NEC and GCC. Giel Cillié is in addition, also a member of the Association of Arbitrators (AoA).
CAQS Quantity Surveyors has offices in Gauteng and the Western Cape. We have successfully completed projects in most provinces of South Africa, Australia and Antarctica.
Travelling is not a problem for us. It’s a privilege to see the world while we provide our services. Guillaume has international experience as quantity surveyor in the United Arab Emirates.
